Is TorMatch free to use?
Yes — you can create a tournament and run it on the Free plan at no cost. Paid plans unlock higher limits and advanced features, and you pay only once per tournament, with no subscription.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Pick the "Ideas & feedback" topic above and describe what happened or what you'd like to see. The more detail you share, the faster we can act on it.
Do you offer plans for federations or large events?
Absolutely. Choose the "Business" topic and tell us about your organization — we'll put together a plan that fits multi-day events, many divisions, or federation-wide needs.
I need help running my tournament right now. What's the fastest way?
Most day-to-day tasks are handled in your organizer dashboard, and common questions are answered in our FAQs. For anything else, send us a message using the "General" topic.
Which email will your reply come from?
