Refund Policy
1. Digital products
TorMatch paid plans are digital products that give immediate access to features. Because access is granted immediately, and by purchasing you request immediate performance, purchases are generally non-refundable once the plan is active (see our Terms of Service).
2. When we do refund
We review refund requests individually and in good faith. We will normally issue a refund where a payment was clearly made in error, was charged twice, or where a feature you paid for was not delivered due to a fault on our side. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
3. Credit notes
When a refund is issued, we automatically produce a credit note (the legal counterpart to your invoice). It appears on your Purchases & invoices page and, for a partial refund, reflects the amount refunded.
4. How to request a refund
Email info@tormatch.com from the account used for the purchase, including the invoice number, and describe the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days.
