Scheduling

Every match on the right court at the right time — no spreadsheet required.

The problem

A tournament schedule is a constraint problem in disguise. Court availability, rest gaps between matches, match durations, breaks, equal exposure — by the time you have it right, you have rebuilt it five times. Tormatch generates the whole thing from your courts and stages, then lets you drag any match to fine-tune the rest.

What it does

How Scheduling earns its place.

1

Auto-schedule, then tune by hand

Generate a full schedule from your courts and stages in one pass, then drag any match to any slot. The unscheduled panel always shows what is left to place.

2

Multiple courts, custom availability

Open Court 3 only after lunch. Block Court 1 for the warm-up game. Tormatch schedules around every window you set.

3

Conflict detection that explains itself

A team can not be on two courts at once. Stage 2 can not start before Stage 1 finishes. Tormatch flags the clash and tells you why.

4

Breaks, events, and special slots

Lunch break for an hour. Opening ceremony at 09:00. A team announcement at halftime. Each one sits on the schedule exactly like a match.

5

Per-division duration and turnaround

U10 plays 2×20. U18 plays 2×35. Both share one schedule with the right durations and the right between-match buffers.
