Terms of Service

1. Who we are

The TorMatch platform is operated by TorMatch.com B.V., Nijverheidsweg 27, 5683 CJ Best, the Netherlands ("TorMatch", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service govern your use of paid plans and features purchased through the platform. By purchasing a plan you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Plans and payment

Paid plans are one-time purchases scoped to a single tournament (or, for TorMatch Season, to your account) unless stated otherwise. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT; applicable VAT is calculated and added at checkout based on your billing details. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

3. Immediate access & right of withdrawal

A paid plan gives you immediate access to digital features. By completing your purchase you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you therefore waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law for digital content supplied immediately, to the extent permitted.

4. Invoices

We issue a branded VAT invoice for every purchase, available on your Purchases & invoices page and emailed to you. For business customers who provide a valid VAT number, EU cross-border reverse-charge rules may apply.

5. Acceptable use & availability

You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to disrupt or abuse it. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may update or improve features over time.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
