The tournament features age groups from U9 to U17, accommodating the following formats: U9 and U11 teams compete in 7-a-side matches lasting around 20 to 25 minutes each, while U13 and U15 teams play traditional 11-a-side matches with durations of 2 x 20 to 25 minutes. Each category usually involves between 12 and 16 teams, who play a group stage followed by knockout or placement matches, ensuring that every team gets ample playing time. Rolling substitutions are allowed, promoting participation and development for all players.
