WELCOME TO VIAREGGIO! The capital of the Italian Carnival gives an appointment to the five great Masked Courses 2023 on the Viali a mare. For a month the city transforms itself into a fun factory with parades of papier-mâché giants, night parties, fireworks, balls, theatrical reviews, gastronomic events and major world sporting events. The triple cannon shot is the unequivocal signal that the party is starting in Viareggio. As if by magic, the giant masks come to life with movements, music and dances. A show that is always new, exciting and fascinating. It is here in a festive atmosphere that we organize the 13th Carnival Cup tournament dedicated to young athletes who will combine their favorite sport with a unique event in Italy. All competitions will be held at excellent sports centers in Viareggio and Versilia. The tournament is sponsored by the Municipality of Viareggio and the Viareggio Carnival Foundation and is approved by the F.I.G.C.
